Совершенствование деятельности по планированию выявления мошенничеств, совершаемых в сфере налогообложения

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам повышения эффективности деятельности правоохранительных и контролирующих органов, направленной на выявление признаков мошенничеств, совершаемых в сфере налогообложения (налоговых мошенничеств). С этой целью проанализированы недостатки действующего законодательства, организационные и информационные аспекты тематики и внесены предложения, направленные на совершенствование соответствующей правоприменительной деятельности.

The article is devoted to problems of effectiveness increase of law-enforcement and controlling bodies directed to tax fraud sign revealing. There were analyzed the acting legislation disadvantages, organizational and information aspects of subject area and there were submitted the suggestions directed to the improvement of corresponding law-enforcement activity.
