Abstract

76 women with uterine cervix cancer have been examined. Internal iliac lymphatic nodes taken during the surgical operation have been subjected to pathomorphological study. The patients of the first group have not got any treatment before the operation and those of the second group have got regional (endo-lymphatic) polychemiotherapy. It has been shown that the preliminary polychemiotherapy resulted in structural changes in the lymphatic nodes that indicates the activation of the lymphopoe-sis. Applying of the regional polychemiotherapy also allows to achieve steady remission of the cancer disease.
