Кодексы профессиональной этики и их значение для полиции государств Союза Бенилюкс и России

Abstract

Предмет работы составляют понятие, признаки, значение профессиональных кодексов полицейской этики, реализующих свои этико-правовые нормы на международном и национальном уровнях. В статье приведена характеристика деонтологических документов, разработанных в процессе реформирования полицейских систем в Люксембурге, Бельгии, Нидерландах; изложены рекомендации по составлению проекта Кодекса профессиональной этики сотрудника органов внутренних дел Российской Федерации.

Scope of the work make the concept, features, value of a professional Code of Police Ethics, realizing their ethical and legal norms at the international and national levels. The article describes the characteristics of deontological documents developed in the process of reforming the police systems in Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands; provides guidance on the drafting of the Code of Professional Ethics of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation.
