Abstract

The article deals with private international law rules on noncontractual obligations to the crossborder example, the CIS and the EU. Noted, that the integration processes taking place within the framework of the CIS and the EU related to the unification and harmonization of cross-border non-contractual obligations are common and different trends. The legal qualification of non-contractual obligations in cross-border private international law is an urgent problem in connection with participation in world practice cases of damage to the subjects one jurisdiction (one state) entities other jurisdiction (other state), which are derived from noncontractual obligations of cross-border.

В статье рассматриваются нормы международного частного права о внедоговорных трансграничных обязательствах на примере стран СНГ и ЕС. Отмечено, что интеграционные процессы, проходящие в рамках СНГ и ЕС, имеющие отношение к унификации и гармонизации внедоговорных трансграничных обязательств, имеют общие и различные тенденции. Правовая квалификация внедоговорных трансграничных обязательств в международном частном праве является актуальной проблемой в связи с участившимися в мировой практике случаями причинения ущерба субъектами одной юрисдикции (одного государства) субъектам другой юрисдикции (другого государства), которые вытекают из внедоговорных трансграничных обязательств.
