
He institutional genre of parliamentary debates is presented in the article from the point of view of active counteraction of mental representations and mental programs of deputies belonging to different parties. The techniques of rhetorical strategy of speech realization of mental programs of conflicting parties are brought to light on the material of debates in the German parliament on the problem of the Ukrainian crisis. The question of interaction of polemic and conclusive parliamentary discourses and of the institutionalism of discourse as a measure of political responsibility of its subjects is also studied in the article.
Институциональный жанр парламентских дебатов представлен в статье с точки зрения интеракционального противодействия ментальных репрезентаций и ментальных программ депутатов различной партийной принадлежности. На материале дебатов в немецком парламенте по проблеме украинского кризиса выявляются риторические стратегии и приемы речевой реализации ментальных программ противоборствующих сторон. Рассматривается вопрос о взаимодействие полемических и конклюзивных дискурсов, об институциональности дискурса как мере политической ответственности его субъектов.
