Abstract

He institutional genre of parliamentary debates is presented in the article from the point of view of active counteraction of mental representations and mental programs of deputies belonging to different parties. The techniques of rhetorical strategy of speech realization of mental programs of conflicting parties are brought to light on the material of debates in the German parliament on the problem of the Ukrainian crisis. The question of interaction of polemic and conclusive parliamentary discourses and of the institutionalism of discourse as a measure of political responsibility of its subjects is also studied in the article.
