Abstract

There is one of the epidemiological trend to reduce the number of reported cases of syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomoniasis, and the growth of the incidence of urinary tract diseases caused by anaerobic microflora, M. genitalium, herpes viruses, human papillomavirus In recent years. Decreasing of the duration of antibiotic therapy for STI leads to a late regression of clinical symptoms, preserve the patient’s complaints, expressed leukocyte reaction. In some cases, the application of drugs cefixime (Supraks) leads to a rapid regression of clinical symptoms and normalization of laboratory data.
