Автор рассматривает целесообразность и возможность практической реализации предложений о необходимости расширения компетенции региональных уполномоченных. Приведен положительный опыт Уполномоченного по правам человека в Саратовской области по взаимодействию с федеральными органами государственной власти посредством заключения соглашений о сотрудничестве.The author analyses the necessity and possibility of practical implementation of proposals expressed by a number of ombudsmen on human rights in constituent territories of the Russian Federation about the necessity of broadening the authority of regional ombudsmen. The positive experience of cooperation of the ombudsman in the Saratov region with state federal authorities by means of making cooperation agreements is given.
