Abstract

The article sets the linear programming problem of distributing the funds among the risk controls with maximum profit. The risk controls are: risk transfer, preservation and risk cutting. Risk transfer is realized by means of insurance, preservation – by creating self-insurance funds, and risk cutting – by putting precautionary actions into practice. The article analyses the limiting functions that show correlation between risk control costs and risk level.
