К вопросу о понимании феномена коррупции

Abstract

The article describes different the approach to understanding of «corruption», and specially as socio-political phenomenon. The requirement to create a link between administrative structures and civil society to conform corruption is defined.

Рассмотрены различные подходы к пониманию коррупции и особенно как социально-политического явления. Определена необходимость установления взаимосвязи административных структур с институтами гражданского общества в противостоянии коррупции.
