Развитие маркетинга в сфере услуг

Abstract

Раскрыты направления развития маркетинга услуг в непроизводственной сфере, одного из важных направлений достижения социального эффекта. На примере рынка медицинских услуг показаны тенденции развития платного и государственного медицинского обслуживания, а также концепции социально-этического маркетинга, направленного на наиболее полное удовлетворение запросов потребителей.

Ways of development of marketing services are revealed in non-productive sphere, one of the important achievements of the social effect. On the example of medical services market the trends of development of paid and public medical services, as well as the concept of social and ethical marketing to meet the requirements of the customers are considered.
