Совершенствование индивидуально-личностных качеств курсантов вузов МЧС России в процессе учебной практики на базе учебных и спасательных центров

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of professional development of cadets and its relationship with improvement of their individual-personal qualities at training and rescue centers of EMERCOM of Russia during practice by using a training algorithm, specially developed by the author. The article considers the order of practical exercises at the base training and rescue centers of Russian Emergency Situations Ministry in which each cadet of the given year of study takes a course of training in a managerial position. The article also dwells on the relationship the theoretically studied material in professional disciplines with practical lessons. The author describes various types of professional activities of all participants in extinguishing fire (chief of the guard, head of rescue team, fire squad leader, firefighter on entry control point, smoke diver, fire-fighters and rescuers, etc.) which cadets perform at training and rescue centers. The article contains a questionnaire assessing skills, knowledge and abilities that characterizes the professional competence of young specialists in the field of firefighting. As a result of the undertaken study the author comes to the conclusion about the effectiveness of practical lessons conducted at training and rescue centers of EMERCOM of Russia and their influence on the level of individual-personal qualities of cadets.

В статье рассмотрено профессиональное развитие курсантов и его взаимосвязь с совершенствованием их индивидуально-личностных качеств на базе учебных и спасательных центров МЧС России в процессе учебной практики при применении разработанного нами алгоритма обучения. Рассматривается порядок проведения практических занятий на базе учебных и спасательных центров МЧС России, при которых каждый курсант из числа личного состава учебного курса проходит обучение в руководящей должности. Также раскрыта особенность взаимосвязи теоретически пройденного материала по профессиональным дисциплинам с практическими занятиями. Раскрываются различные виды профессиональной деятельности всех участников тушения пожара (начальника караула, начальника аварийно-спасательного расчета, командира отделения, постового на посту безопасности, газодымозащитника, пожарного и спасателя и других), которые курсанты выполняют на базе учебных и спасательных центров. Предложена анкета оценки навыков, знаний и умений, характеризующих профессиональную компетентность молодого специалиста в области пожаротушения. На основе выполненных исследований сделан вывод об эффективности проведения практических занятий на базе учебных и спасательных центров МЧС России и их влиянии на уровень сформированности индивидуально-личностных качеств курсантов.
