Сравнительная оценка антиаритмического влияния лидокаина и производных индола (SBT-151, SBT-818) при нейрогенной фибрилляции предсердий

Abstract

In acute experiments on anesthetized cats the antiarrhythmic influence of lidocain and indole derivatives SBT-151 and SBT-818 on neurogenic atrial fibrillation was studied. The comparative appraisal of the results showed the advantage of SBT-151 and SBT-818 in the antiarrhythmic effect duration in comparison with lidocain, which is caused by the longer vagolytic effect of indole derivatives.

В острых опытах на кошках исследовано антиаритмическое влияние лидокаина и производных индола SBT-151 и SBT818 на нейрогенную фибрилляцию предсердий. Сравнительный анализ результатов показал преимущество соединений SBT-151 и SBT-818 в продолжительности антиаритмического эффекта по сравнению с лидокаином, что обусловлено более длительным ваголитическим действием производных индола.
