Abstract

The paper discusses interrelation between the system of rules regulating the activities of general aviation and development of Russian Federation’s aviation industry, and proposes a project of a set of aviation rules aimed at improving legislative regulation of general aviation.

Рассмотрена взаимосвязь между системой правил, регламентирующих деятельность авиации общего назначения, и развитием авиационной промышленности в РФ. Представлен проект комплекса авиационных правил, направленный на совершенствование законодательного регулирования сферы АОН.
