Abstract

Установлены условия спектрофотометрического определения месалазина в моче при использовании 5,7-дихлор-4,6-динитробензофураксана и 7-хлор4,6-динитробензофуроксана как аналитических реагентов. Оптимальные результаты определений достигаются при длине волны 500 нм и pH 6-8. Предел обнаружения месалазина составляет 0,31 мкг/мл. Показана возможность использования разработанных методик для оценки индивидуальных фенотипов метаболизма процессов ацетилирования месалазина у человека.The condition of spectrophotometric determination of mesalazine in the urine are established with 5,7-dichlorine-4,6-dinitrobenzofuroxan and 7-chlorine-4,6dinitrobenzofuroxan application as analytical reagent. The optimal result of the determination are observed at the wavelength of 500 nm and pH 6-8. The detection limit of mesalazine is 0,31 mcg/ml. The possibility of the applicated the developed methodology was demonstrated for the diagnostic of individual phenotypes of acetylation processes mesalazine in humans
