Abstract

Examined the reliability of the elements of human-machine systems with dynamic interaction operator and technology. An analysis on the state of health of seafarers Navy Russia emphasized the important role of cardiovascular disease. In one third of cases the disease develops suddenly. This often leads to disastrous consequences in the operation of important human-machine systems. The influence of health in human-machine systems to operate safely complexes. Proposed new criteria for evaluating the specific amount of blood per unit mass of tissue organs. A new noninvasive method for non-contact measurement of blood flow parameters on the basis of magnetic sensors. Developed technical devices and methods of analysis of the state of the operator, confirmed experimentally using the potentially large and healthy groups of seafarers.
