Abstract

На примере Германии в статье предпринята попытка проанализировать, как решается проблема жизненного баланса на уровне Евросоюза, государства и на уровне орга-низации университета. В статье рассмотрены особенности немецкой академической системы и её влияние на жизненный баланс преподавателей. Будут приведены отрывки из интервью, взятых у преподавателей университета г. Билефельда
