Abstract

В статье проанализированы основные подходы к определению понятия правовая система общества; охарактеризованы ее институциональная, нормативная (регулятивная), идеологическая, функциональная и коммуникативная основы.

The paper deals with the main approaches to defining the concept of social legal system. The authors characterize its institutional, standard (regulatory), ideological, functional and communicative bases.
