Abstract

The work studies the relationship between startups, venture investors and corporations that occur on the implementation stage of investments into innovative projects. It analyses merger and acquisition processes of companies. In modelling of relations between main innovative activity subjects, the multiagent approach was used as the most applicable one in cases of decentralized systems which specifically include the venture investment market and the merger and acquisition scene. While modeling possible solutions of the state regulator, the authors suggest several modes of the system's behavior for which the accumulated economic capital expansion takes place.
