Конкурентоспособность российских предприятий станкостроения: состояние и перспективы

Abstract

В статье исследуется состояние и направления повышения конкурентоспособности предприятий российского станкостроения. Проанализированы основные правительственные документы, определяющие развитие российского станкостроения, в т.ч. подпрограмма «Развитие отечественного станкостроения и инструментальной промышленности» на 2011 2016 годы федеральной целевой программы «Национальная технологическая база» на 2007 2011 годы. Рассмотрены задачи, определяемые программными документами для развития производства современной высокотехнологичной станочной продукции в стратегической перспективе, оценена возможность их реализации в современных условиях функционирования отечественных предприятий станкостроения. Выполнен анализ конкурентного статуса самарских станкостроительных предприятий на базе которых возможно производство станков нового поколения, обеспечивающих осуществление инновационных бизнес-процессов на предприятиях промышленности ключевых отраслей развития экономики страны. Отмечено, что их мощности задействованы не только на производстве инновационной продукции, но и на ремонте и модернизации оборудования, поставленного Заказчикам по ранее выполненным контрактам. Изложен подход к формированию экономических и организационных инструментов и мероприятий для повышения конкурентоспособности предприятий российского, в т.ч. самарского станкостроения.

The article investigates the status and direction of improving the competitiveness of enterprises of the Russian machine-tool industry. We analyzed the main government documents defining the development of the Russian machine-tool industry, including subprogram "Development of domestic machine-tool and instrument industry" for 2011 2016 years, the federal target program "National Technological Base" on 2007 2011 years. The tasks defined policy documents for the development of the production of modern high-tech machine tool production in the long term, we consider the possibility of their realization in modern conditions of operation of domestic enterprises Machine Tool. The analysis of the competitive status of the Samara-based machine-tool companies that might manufacture a new generation of tools to ensure the implementation of innovative business processes at the enterprises of the industry of key sectors of the economy. It was noted that their power is not only involved in the production of innovative products but also in repair and modernization of the equipment supplied by customers before the contracts. An approach to the formation of economic and organizational tools and activities to enhance the competitiveness of Russian enterprises, including Samara machine tool.
