Abstract

Диабетическая автономная кардиоваскулярная нейропатия является наиболее частым осложнением сахарного диабета (СД). При использовании электрофизиологических методов исследования это осложнения выявляется у 70-90% пациентов. В данной статье рассмотрены вопросы медицинской значимости данной патологии, способы ее диагностики на доклинической стадии, а также доказана эффективность препарата альфа-липоевой кислоты Октолипена в лечении ДАКН.

Diabetic autonomic neuropathy Cardiovascular is the most common complication of diabetes mellitus (DM). When using electrophysiological methods for studying this complication is detected in 70-90% of patients. This article examines the questions of medical importance of this disease, its diagnosis methods at the preclinical stage, and also proved the effectiveness of the drug alpha-lipoic acid in the treatment Oktolipena DAKN.
