Abstract

The analysis of a modern regulation of the remedial status understood as participants of criminal trial is submitted. On the basis of the deep analysis ч. 2 items 60 UPK the Russian Federation are formulated recommendations on perfection of the list of categories of persons, whose service or social status is not compatible with purpose understood in the Russian criminal trial.

Представлен анализ современной регламентации процессуального статуса понятых как участников уголовного процесса. На основе глубокого анализа ч. 2 ст. 60 УПК РФ сформулированы рекомендации по совершенствованию перечня категорий лиц, чей служебный или социальный статус не совместим с назначением понятого в российском уголовном процессе.
