
The aim of this study was to prove the way of combined treatment for trichinellosis (Trichinella spiralis) with mebendasole, indometacine, C, E, ? vitamins and selenium use. Trichinellosis diagnosis was made after epidemiological and clinical investigations. Patients with mild trichinellosis were treated only with mebendasole during 5-7 days and with average trichinellosis. with mebendasole, indometacine, with C, E, ? vitamins and selenium use during 7-9 days. Children with average trichinellosis were treated with mebendasole and with C, E, ? vitamins and selenium use during 9-10 days, patients with heavy trichinellosis were treated with mebendasole, indometacine, with vitamins-antioxidants and selenium use during 19-21 days. Patients with heavy trichinellosis with complications were treated with mebendasole, prednizolone, with C, E, ? vitamins. The treatment of trichinellosis with mebendasole, indometacine and vitamin antioxidant complex with selenium use enables complete recovery of the patients and reduction of the duration of patients hospital stay by 5-7 days.
Цель работы. обоснование способа комбинированного лечения трихинеллеза (Trichinella spiralis) мебендазолом, индометацином и витаминами C, E, ?-каротином с селеном. Диагноз устанавливали на основании эпидемиологических и клинических данных. Больных с легким течением трихинеллеза лечили только мебендазолом в течение 5-7 дней, со средним. мебендазолом, индометацином и витаминами C, E, ?-каротином с селеном в течение 7-9 дней, детей с трихинеллезом средней тяжести. мебендазолом и витаминами C, E, ?-каротином с селеном в течение 9-10 дней, больных с тяжелым течением трихинеллеза. мебендазолом, индометацином и витаминами-антиоксидантами с селеном в течение1921 дня и больных тяжелым трихинеллезом с осложнениями. мебендазолом, преднизалоном и витаминами C, E, ?каротином. Лечение трихинеллеза по предлагаемой схеме позволяет добиться полного выздоровления больных и сократить время пребывания в стационаре на 5-7 дней.
