Abstract

The article considers contemporary condition of the foreign economic relations of the Russian companies doing microelectronic business by reviewing and analyzing major successful and failed deals between Russian companies and their foreign contractors for the last 7 years.

В статье рассматривается современное состояние внешнеэкономических связей через обзор и анализ крупнейших состоявшихся и не состоявшихся сделок между российскими предприятиями микроэлектронной промышленности и их зарубежными контрагентами за последние 7 лет.
