Abstract

В статье рассматривается структура элементов конституционно-правовых основ правового государства в Российской Федерации. В качестве самостоятельных элементов данной структуры рассматриваются нетипичные правовые установления.The article presents the structure of elements of the constitutional and legal foundations of legal state in the Russian Federation. Nontypical legal establishments are considered as independent elements of this structure.
