Abstract

In the article on the basis of examination and treatment of 22 patients with surgical sepsis (at least 15 points on a scale SAPS) the data on the use of combined antibiotic Potentox are presented. Potentox administered in two versions — as an initial therapy or as second line treatment in failure of previous antibiotic therapy. In all cases, clinical benefit, suggesting the feasibility of using Potentox in the treatment of surgical sepsis has been achieved.
