Abstract

В статье отражены основные характеристики и механизмы, а так же наиболее обобщенная и логичная характеристика антикоррупционного механизма, включающего три важнейших элемента: экономическая независимость; стабильность и устойчивость национальной экономики; способность к саморазвитию и прогрессу. Предметом исследования в данной статье являются основные направления угроз экономической и политической безопасности регионов России, связанные с коррупциогенностью силовых структур.

The paper describes the main characteristics and mechanisms, as well as the most generalized and logical characteristics of the anti-corruption mechanism, which includes three major elements: economic independence; stability and sustainability of the national economy; capacity for self-development and progress. Subject of study in this article are the main directions of economic and political threats to the security of Russian regions, corruption-related power structures.
