
Рассмотрены возможности и сферы применения интеллектуальных датчиков давления. Определена структура автоматизированной системы контроля параметров датчиков давления. Разработана методика компенсации температурной составляющей погрешности измерений, производимых с помощью интеллектуальных датчиков давления.
The paper discusses the features and applications of smart pressure sensors. The construction of automated sensor calibration system is proposed. The statistical approach for compensating temperature errors during sensor calibration is developed.
