Abstract

Тhe purpose of this article is the consideration of the question of the essence and structure of the concept of organizational-managerial competence of future managers in the oil and gas sector and possibilities of its formation. The growing demand for highly skilled managers developing the oil and gas industry determines the relevance of the article. In the article the author provides an overview of the knowledge areas required for the formation of the organizational and managerial competence of managers of oil and gas profile, illuminated by the specifics of the managers of the oil and gas sector and the structure of the organizational and managerial competence Manager oil and gas profile.

Целью данной статьи является рассмотрение вопроса сущности и структуры понятия «организационно-управленческая компетенция будущих менеджеров нефтегазового профиля» и возможностей ее формирования. Рост потребности в высококвалифицированных менеджерах развивающейся нефтегазовой отрасли обуславливает актуальность статьи. В статье автором дан обзор областей знаний, необходимых для формирования организационно-управленческой компетенции будущих менеджеров нефтегазового профиля, освещена специфика работы менеджеров нефтегазового профиля и представлена структура организационно-управленческой компетенции менеджера нефтегазового профиля.
