Конституционные риски, обусловленные особенностями разделения властей в современной России

Abstract

The article discusses the constitutional risks of modern Russia arising from the separation of powers model in Russia written in the Constitution of the Russian Federation, characterizes the problem of improving the constitutional and legal status of the President of the Russian Federation from the standpoint of minimizing the current and future constitutional risks in terms of international relations reforming.

В статье рассматриваются конституционные риски современной России, обусловленные особенностями закрепления в Конституции РФ модели разделения властей, характеризуется проблема приемлемости совершенствования конституционно-правового статуса Президента Российской Федерации с позиций минимизации текущих и перспективных конституционных рисков в условиях переформатирования международных отношений.
