В статье представлен сравнительный анализ сущности управления персоналом в разных временных периодах, определены особенности в управлении персоналом и человеческими ресурсами организации. Рассмотрены вопросы методологии управления человеческими ресурсами, в частности система управления человеческими ресурсами организации.
