
The article presents the theoretical and experimental substantiation of methodology of accelerated development of psychomotor functions of children at the age of 9-15 years which are engaged in hand-to-hand fight at sports school taking into account the individually-differentiated approach. Results of the carried out research have shown efficiency of the developed methodology.
В статье представлено теоретическое и экспериментальное обоснование методики ускоренного развития психомоторных функций детей 9-15 лет, занимающихся рукопашным боем в ДЮСШ с учетом индивидуально-дифференцированного подхода. Результаты проведенного исследования показали эффективность разработанной методики.
