Abstract

в статье раскрываются основные вопросы работы в команде при внедрении в медицинских организациях процессно-ориентированной системы управления. Определяется основополагающая роль руководства в успешной реализации реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов в организациях здравоохранения. Показана возможность и обоснована целесообразность применения системы делегирования ответственности и полномочий.

the article deals with the main issues of team work when introducing a process-oriented management system in healthcare organizations. Company leaders' role in the successful implementation of business process reengineering is defined as crucial. Meanwhile the author proves the possibility and appropriateness of applying the system of delegating responsibility and authority.
