Abstract

На клиническом примере продемонстрирована возможность получения высоких клинико-функциональных показателей зрения после тяжелых травм глаза у пациентов с аниридией, имплантированной искусственной иридохрусталиковой диафрагмой и индуцированной аметропией в виде иррегулярного смешанного астигматизма. Применение для этих целей технологии интрастромальной имплантации роговичных сегментов с использованием фемтосекундного лазера является эффективным и безопасным способом лечения данной патологии.

This clinical example shows possibility of high clinical functional indices of eyesight after hard eye traumas in patients with aniridia, implanted artificial iris lens diaphragm and induced ametropia represented by irregular mixed astigmatism. Use of technology of corneal segments intrastromal implantation with use of femtosecond laser is effective and safe for treatment of this pathology.
