Формирование единого страхового финансового механизма в системе медицинского обеспечения населения

Abstract

The purpose of the article is research of the financing sources of the system population medical support. As a result of the comparative analyses the place of the Russian Federation on the level of expenditures for the public health protection in the world is determined. Structural analysis identified major disparities in the mechanism of financing the health sector. According to the results of the research practical recommendations for the creation of a single insurance mechanism in the financial support of the health care system is proposed. The results of the research can be used for the organization of a singe insurance mechanism in the financing health care system.

В статье поставлена цель исследовать источники финансирования системы медицинского обеспечения населения. В результате сравнительного анализа определено место Российской Федерации по уровню затрат на охрану здоровья населения. Структурный анализ выявил основные диспропорции в сложившемся механизме финансирования здравоохранения. По итогам исследования предложены практические рекомендации по формированию единого страхового механизма в финансовом обеспечении системы здравоохранения. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы при организации единого страхового механизма в системе финансирования здравоохранения.
