Abstract

The purpose of the study was to show specific features of operational approaches to aorto-enteric fistula in patients who sustained reconstructive operation on the aorta. A successful clinical case report on operative treatment of secondary aorto-enteric fistula is described. Еxtraanatomic bypass with dissociation of fistula and intestinal reconstruction is a method of choice in surgical treatment of patients with aorto-enteric fistula.
