There was developed the technology of suppositories, containing Drotaverine hydrochloride and Paracetamol. The optimal base novata and the auxiliary substance lecithin were chosen by the method of equilibrium dialysis through the semipermeable membrane. There were developed the principles of qualitative analysis of ingredients by thin-layer chromatography of sorbent and the quantitative determination by the method of spectrophotometry. The estimation of quality of the suppositories prepared was carried out. It was established that the suppositories according to all quality indices corresponded to the requirements, made for this dosage form.
