The features of network learning organization are considered, the necessity of the study of interoperability of network e-learning environment organizational services is substantiated. The properties of network e-learning environment subsystems organizational services are distinguished and detailed to characterize their interoperability. Also, we propose an interoperability properties specification, as well as subsystems interoperability estimation. The automation of the subsystems interoperability rating control is also considered.
