Abstract

Цель исследования является совершенствование прогноза подвода экспортных грузов к портам Одес-ского региона на основе исследования и оценки технологических параметров, влияющих на время нахожде-ния грузопотока на транспортном направлении. Методами исследования приняты методы теории массово-го обслуживания, методы аналитического расчета, статистики, факторного анализа. Результатом исследо-вания является определение величины отклонения прогнозного времени доставки грузов от технологиче-ского времени доставки грузов по железнодорожному направлению Знаменка – Одесса. Фактическое время нахождения экспортных грузопотоков на железнодорожном направлении в настоящее время значительно превышает технологическое. Выявлено, что наибольшие доли сверхнормативных простоев приходятся на участки и попутные технические станции, соответственно 45 % и 30 % от общего числа сверхнормативных простоев. Совершенствование прогноза подвода экспортных грузов к портам может быть достигнуто путем определения величины сверхнормативного простоя в подсистемах «участки» и «попутные технические станции». Научная новизна заключается в исследован процесс продвижения грузопотоков по участкам же-лезнодорожного направления при различном техническом оснащении линии, средствах СЦБ и связи, уста-новленной ходовой скорости, размерах пассажирского движения и значении коэффициента заполнения про-пускной способности.

The purpose of research is to improve the forecast supply of export cargoes to the ports of Odessa region on the basis of the study and evaluation of process parameters that affect the time spent on the transport direction of traffic. Methods of research methods adopted queuing theory, analytical calculation methods, statistics, factor analysis. The result of the study is to determine the deviation of the forecast from the time of delivery of process-time delivery of goods by rail toward Znamenka – Odessa. The actual time of export cargo traffic on the railway direction is now significantly higher than technological. It was found that the highest proportion of excessive downtime occur in are-as of engineering and passing stations, respectively 45 % and 30 % of the total number of excessive downtime. Improving forecast supply of export cargoes to the ports can be achieved by determining the amount of excess downtime subsystems "plots" and "passing the technical plant". Scientific novelty is studied the process of moving freight traffic on the sites of railway lines with different line of technical equipment, means of signaling and communications, fixed running speed, size and passenger traffic duty ratio bandwidth.
