Формирование профессионализма и новых компетенций у муниципальных служащих

Abstract

The article considers creation of the structure, the content of the programs and the management model of training in new competences for the improvement of municipal officers' professionalism taking into account the up-to-date qualification requirements and standards introduced for competitions to fill vacancies in the municipal service.

В статье рассматривается проблема фор мирования структуры, содержания программ и модели управления развитием новых ком петенций для повышения профессионализма муниципальных служащих, исходя из совре менных квалификационных требований и вне дряемых стандартов, для замещения должно стей (по конкурсному отбору) муниципальной службы.
