Сравнительная оценка параметров микроциркуляции после поясничной ганглионарной симпатэктомии и расширенной десимпатизации

Abstract

Проведена оценка параметров микроциркуляции у пациентов с окклюзионным поражением артерий нижних конечностей, в лечении которых использовали методы непрямой реваскуляризации. Применен новый способ оценки резерва капиллярного кровотока, предложен новый способ десимпатизации. Установлено, что предлагаемый способ расширенной десимпатизации в сравнении с методикой изолированной поясничной симпатэктомии приводит к более раннему и продолжительному клиническому эффекту, улучшению параметров микроциркуляции.
