Abstract

Представлены концептуальные подходы устойчивого развития «Экологичного города», создание которого базируется на сбалансированности, учете экологических, экономических, социальных и иных факторов при осуществлении градостро-ительной деятельности. Дана сравнительная оценка проблем техногенного подтопления как интегрального показателя целесообразности экологизации внутрихозяйственного землеустройства систем жизнеобеспечения.
