The complex characteristics of mobile phones theft is given in the article. Particularly, the state, structure and dynamics of mobile phones theft are considered. The authors also analyze the object of crime, modus operandi, circumstances of crime and the ways of selling the stolen mobile phones. The characteristics of offender and victim are presented in the article.

Авторами статьи дана комплексная характеристика хищений сотовых телефонов. В частности, рассмотрены структура и динамика хищений, предмет преступного посягательства, обстоятельства и способ совершения преступления, места сбыта похищенных сотовых телефонов. Представлена характеристика личности преступника и потерпевшего.
