Кортикальная церебральная атрофия у пациентов с болезнью Паркинсона: новые возможности прижизненной диагностики

Abstract

Патология болезни Паркинсона (БП) не ограничивается дегенерацией нигростриатной дофаминергической системы, а включает в себя также широкое поражение различных областей коры головного мозга. Целью исследования являлось обнаружение различий в толщине коркового слоя у пациентов при ранних и развернутых стадиях БП методом МРТ-морфометрии. Были обследованы 67 пациентов со 2-й и 3-й стадиями БП по функциональной шкале Хен-Яра. Всем больным выполнена МРТ с последующей постпроцессорной обработкой и получением параметров корковой толщины в различных отделах головного мозга. Получены достоверные различия в области зрительной коры, поясной и фузиформной извилин, фронтополярной зоны доминантного полушария и полей 1, 2, 3 и 4 по Бродману в недоминантном полушарии. Эти данные позволяют установить связь немоторных проявлений БП с дегенерацией определенных корковых областей головного мозга.
