Трансфер технологий: становление и развитие как экономической категории

Abstract

The authors revealed the main properties and characteristics of transfer of technologies as an economic category in the article (logical scheme transmission of knowledge, the nature and value of "explicit" and "implicit" knowledge, commercialization of technologies, diffusion of technologies) on the basis of the definition of organizational and economic nature and content of category.

На основе определения организационно-экономической сущности и содержания трансфера технологий раскрыты его основные характеристики и признаки как экономической категории (логическая схема передачи знаний; суть и значение "явных" и "неявных" знаний; коммерциализация технологий; диффузия технологий).
