Abstract

In this work studied the adsorption of some amino acids (Ser, Glu, Gly, Asp, Ala, Arg, Tyr) included in the oral fluid on calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate (similar to the mineral brushite Са 2НРО 4·2Н 2О). It is found that in all cases the interaction is described in terms of a monomolecular Langmuir adsorption (r 2 = 0,97-0,99). Prepared by reduction of a number of surface-active properties of amino acids: Gly-Tyr-Glu-Arg-Asp-Ala-Ser.

Gly > Tyr > Glu > Arg > Asp > Ala > Ser.
