Мониторинг побочных проявлений после иммунизации в Республике Татарстан

Abstract

The article presents the results of the monitoring of adverse events following the immunization (AEFI) with vaccines in the National calendar of preventive vaccinations in the medical organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan. The characteristic of registered AEFIs, their clinical characteristics is applied. Issues of registration of AEFI and prospects of improving the AEFI registration are discudded. For the analyzed period 711 cases of adverse reactions after vaccines were registered. The analysis revealed that adverse reactions after vaccines have been detected as short-term general disorders and defects at the injection site.

В статье представлены результаты мониторинга побочных проявлений после иммунизации (ПППИ) вакцинами в рамках Национального календаря профилактических прививок в медицинских организациях Республики Татарстан. Даны характеристики зарегистрированных ПППИ, их клинических проявлений. Рассмотрены вопросы регистрации ПППИ и перспективы улучшения регистрации ПППИ. За анализируемый период зарегистрировано 711 случаев нежелательных реакций после применения вакцин. Проведенный анализ выявил, что нежелательные реакции после применения вакцин регистрировались в виде кратковременных общих расстройств и нарушений в месте введения препарата.
