This article identifies the model properties of descriptive text in its many varieties (de-scription-portrait). The analysis of textforming elements properties in description-portrait they are the actantial indicative complexes completes the information about the language model of the text such as «description». Consideration of sustained momentum in the contextual conditions supplies the well-known functional properties of phraseological units

Выявлены модельные свойства описательного текста в его разновидностях (описание-портрет). Анализ свойств текстообразующих элементов описания-портрета актантно-признаковых комплексов дополняет сведения о языковой модели текста типа «описание». Рассмотрение устойчивых оборотов в контекстных условиях дополняет известные функциональные свойства ФЕ
