Under the modern conditions the Russian budget policy is determined by the external economic conjuncture connected with sufficient fluctuations on the world prices on energy resources. The article presents the analyses of the problems of conjuncture incomes utilization and the formation of Stability Fund under the modern Russian economic conditions.
В современных условиях бюджетная политика России определяется внешнеэкономической конъюнктурой, связанной со значительными колебаниями мировых цен на энергоносители. В статье выполнен анализ проблем использования конъюнктурных доходов и формирования средств Стабилизационного фонда в современных условиях российской экономики.
