Повышение прочностных свойств сырых песчано-глинистых формовочных смесей путем электромагнитной обработки воды

Abstract

Исследовано влияние электромагнитной обработки воды, входящей в состав формовочных песчано-глинистых смесей, на их прочность в сыром состоянии. Показана возможность и предложены режимы обработки, обеспечивающие увеличение предела прочности на сжатие в 2 раза.

Influencing of electromagnetic treatment of water, entering in the composition of green molding sand on strengths properties was investigated. The modes of treatments, providing increase of tensile strength on a compression in two times were offered.
