Abstract

In this paper we propose to expand the model of formation of nanoparticles. We consider the process being the evolution of nonlinear non-equilibrium system. We performed comparison of the detonation carbon soot to the results of the qualitative simulation of processes of spatial self-organization of the structure of non-equilibrium medium. We found that to explain experimental features of size dispersion in size of carbon polytypes it is necessary to use models of self-organization on the conditions that are far from thermodynamic equilibrium. There is a good qualitative match of the experimental data of nanostructures obtained under the constant pressure and temperature with Gray-Scott model. That allows us to develop the adaptation of this model to describe the process of denotative transformation of the explosive. The Allen-Cahn model allows us to consider the relaxation process of chemically activated medium as a controlled process of the synthesis of sp3 carbon phase, at least immediately after the exhaustion of the chemical reaction. We propose a model of synthesis via structuring of the medium with inter-relations between geometry and phase. Refs 17. Figs 3.
